This is a charity advertisement.
The two sentences are made up by exactly the same characters. However they have completely different meanings.
 
It is a good example demonstrating importance of ordering in Chinese grammar.

shé me dōu bù néng gēn rén jiā bǐ ，shéi xiàng nǐ yí yàng méi yǒu yòng a ？


沒有誰能像你一樣啊，不用什麼都跟人家比。
méi yǒu shéi néng xiàng nǐ yí yàng a ，bú yòng shé me dōu gēn rén jiā bǐ 。

不用：need not

Grammar:

什shé 麼me 都dōu［QW + 都］:everything; anything

EX.
　　我什麼都喜歡。
 　　wǒ shé me dōu xǐ huān 。
　　I like everything.


　　他什麼都有。
        tā shé me dōu yǒu 。
　　He has everything.


　　我什麼都不想買。
　　wǒ shé me dōu bù xiăng măi 。
　　I don't want to buy anything.

Translation:


1)  you don't have anything to compete with other people.
     nobody is as useless as  you are.
     (this is not ideal English.
     This idea is similar to: 
     you can't compete with other people. 
     nobody is as useless as  you are.)

2)  There is no one like you, 
      you don't have to compete with other people.
